Your scientists will be trained as dynamic managers by mastering skills that are talked about, yet difficult to apply practically, such as Understanding Personality Styles, Managing Time, Goal Setting & Planning, Leading vs. Managing, Delegating & Resolving Conflict. The course is taught over four full days, separated by several weeks. Each participant is given the opportunity to map goals and plan strategically based on the skills learned in the four class sessions.

If you lead a scientific team and have completed “From the Laboratory to Leadership,” or have not taken the course but have several years of lab team management experience, “Leveraging Your Leadership” is the course for you! During the three full-day class sessions, you will focus on articulating your vision, strategic thinking, trust and creativity, as well as the development of other key leadership skills. Designed to reinforce and build upon skills learned in “From the Laboratory to Leadership,” the class will take graduates and other experienced managers to the next level of success.
