Most meetings feature your HR colleagues and experts in various fields focusing on a specific HR topic as it relates to the biotechnology and biomedical industries. The HR Steering Committee, consisting of HR professionals within the WBBA member companies, is responsible for planning these meetings. On an annual basis, this committee requests topic ideas from the HR Group as a whole. Meeting topics vary, depending on current issues, trends and the development needs of the HR community within the WBBA.Most meetings focus on a specific HR topic as they relate to the biotechnology and biomedical industries, we also strive to provide opportunities for career development. Meeting facilitators, panel participants or trainers all possess expertise within their fields.
