Advertise your available facilities with WaBio.com and cost effectively target decision makers within Washington, by region or nationwide for the same low rate -- or with no up front cost at all.

WaBio.com is part of a specialized national network of biotechnology, and life science state based web sites that represent more than 4,500 biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical companies, non-profit research institutions, universities and supporting service sector companies. WaBio.com Facility Advertising Options:

WaBio.com facility advertising allows you two options to cost effectively maximize your marketing budget:

  • Standard Advertising Rate Structure -- Pay per month using standard rate structure and members of biotechnology and life science related trade associations, non-profit research institutions, and universities are eligible for discounted rates -- up to 15% off the standard rate;
  • Back Charge Option -- Pay nothing up front and a back charged fixed advertising rate when a tenant is placed in the facility or upon sale of facility as a result of Info.Resource facility advertising.

Standard Advertising Rates:

  • Association member rate: $200 USD per month (three month minimum) $2,000 USD/year.
  • Non-member rate: $250 USD per month (three month minimum) $2,500 USD/year.
  • University/Research Park rate: $200 USD per month (three month minimum) $2,000 USD/year.
  • Non-profit Organization rate: $200 USD per month (three month minimum) $2,000 USD/year.

Back Charge Option:

  • Automated e-mail based inquiry system with prospective tenant submission form sent directly to facility advertiser.
  • No fee up front to the advertiser/client, but if a facility is leased and/or sold as the result of advertising with Info.Resource, we will back charge the advertiser/client at the regular monthly rate equal to the number of months that the ad was posted before leasing and/or sale of facility.
  • Automated e-mail form based inquiry submission form system for tracking responses with an e-mail sent directly to the advertising client with a copy sent to Info.Resource database for historical tracking. Note that Info.Resource will do no screening of prospects.

Other WaBio.com advertising benefits include:

  • All facility ads are also posted on a rotational basis on the home page of WaBio.com and selected state association sites providing your facility ad maximum exposure.
  • Facility ads will be posted within the Facility section and select other sections of WaBio.com and selected state association sites for a thirty day period with discounted pricing available for ads of 12 months.
  • Facility ads may be updated or modified once per month during the contracted term of an ad run.
  • Facility ads may be posted with affiliate sites at the state, multi-state or national levels at no additional charge.

How to Submit an Ad

  • Advertiser must review and accept WaBio.com Advertising Guidelines for the use of the site.
  • Please e-mail Facility Ad(s) as an attachment with graphics and images to: Facilities@InfoResource.org and include which states you want your facility ad posted. NOTE that the ad submission must include the name of the individual submitting the ad, the billing contact person, company billing address, phone and fax numbers, and contact e-mail address for direct invoicing purposes.

    Note that we also accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa for those who want to pay by credit card. If this option is preferred, simply let us know at the time of the ad submission, and we will follow-up by phone for the required credit card processing information.

  • Upon receipt, the advertising is posted by Info.Resource in the selected state site(s), typically within 24 hours, and the advertiser notified via e-mail of ad posting for review and modification, as appropriate.
  • If Standard Ad Rate Structure option selected, an invoice will be sent to the company contact and billing address provided.
